Offaly farm that’s been in her family for seven generations, Mount Briscoe Organic Farm, which has been farmed to organic standards since 1998. Since taking over the farm, she has expanded its offerings to include charming B&B and glamping accommodations, blending sustainable farming with hospitality. Margaret is passionate about showcasing her farm’s organic produce and promoting eco-friendly tourism, providing guests with an authentic rural experience.
